Orders

    • how can I place an order?
      • To place an order, simply browse our online store, select the items you want, choose the appropriate size and color options and add them to your shopping cart. Then go to the checkout page to complete your purchase.
    • Do I need to create an account to place an order?
      • No, creating an account is not mandatory. You can place an order as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track your order and enjoy other benefits.

      Payment methods

      • Which payment methods do you accept?
        • We accept iDeal, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and other popular payment gateways. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.
      • Can I pay in cash upon delivery?
        • Unfortunately we do not offer cash payment on delivery. Only available online payment methods can be used to complete your purchase. It is possible to pay in cash in the store.

        Delivery

        • How long will it take to receive my order?
          • We aim to process orders within 1-2 working days. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive the track & trace code to track the order with the selected parcel service.
        • What are the shipping costs?
          • Within the Netherlands we use the PostNL standard package rate, which will be €6.95 in 2023. If the total value of the order is more than €150, standard shipping within the Netherlands is free. Exact shipping costs are calculated based on the package's weight, dimensions and destination during checkout.
          Returns and exchanges
          • What is your return policy?
            • We have a returns policy that complies with applicable legislation. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and has all labels attached. We do not reimburse shipping costs for returns. It is possible to return or exchange the items in our physical store without additional costs.
          • How can I return or exchange?
            • To initiate a return or exchange via shipping, register your return via contact and provide your order details. You then package the items you want to return using the returns form. It is also possible to return or exchange the items in the physical store.

              • We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible via info@nisamfashion.nl. We will investigate the complaint thoroughly
